Career Development Coaching – Looking to increase your success or preparing for a promotion? Looking to increase your management and leadership skills? In customized 6-month coaching engagements we will identify your greatest strengths and areas for improvement, create a development plan to address them and work together to help you increase your effectiveness. Common areas of focus include personal and interpersonal skills, managing conflict, organizational and time management skills, decision-making, managing direct reports and delegation. MBTI Administration and Debrief – Learn about your personality type and how to apply this knowledge to finding a satisfying career path, enhancing your personal and professional relationships, or developing your leadership skills.
